The Church Alive Ministry
We exist to make Jesus famous outside the walls of the church in the Windward community, around the island as well as throughout the world!
One of the fundamental teachings of Jesus Christ is to love your neighbor as yourself. It was with this heart that Church Alive was birthed. We believe that we are not only responsible for those who come onto our campus, but we have also been given the responsibility to care for those in our community.
Since Hope Chapel Kaneohe Bay is the largest service organization on the Windward side, we believe that God expects us to do our part. He reminds us that “to whom much is given, much is required,” and so it is with this expectation that we move.
We initiate and participate in projects throughout the year, both locally and internationally, such as voter registration, Thanksgiving lunch for the needy, litter pick up, Windward City Lights, Hawaii Food Bank collection, Compassion International and Operation Christmas Child.
