Family:
I’ve been married to my wonderfully funny, sweet, talented, patient and kind husband, Michael for 15 years. (Gotta Make Sure He Reads This…hee, hee..Hi honey!) We’re still believing like Abraham, against all hope, for children but I don’t wanna be 90 like Sarah either, so for now we’re happy and content with Moki, our fat, fluffy, affectionate cat.

How did you first start coming to HCKB?
Back in the days of “Straight Up” surfing, one of the Hill’s brothers invited a friend who brought me with him. I loved how the messages seemed to be specifically for me and how the worship seemed to lead us straight into the heart of God…they both still do today!

What is one thing that you love about HCKB?
The people…with all their unique hearts and stories that God has drawn here, to be loved just the way they are.

What do you love most about working for HCKB?
The amazing and talented guys and girls I get to work with, all the people we meet and get to know, and the passion we have to see the love of God in Jesus, spread to the world through His power in us… and the cool and unique ways God shows us how to do that.

Who is the most influential person in your life?
Jesus Christ.. Almighty God in human form. He is my best buddy, My Savior and My hero, the One who gets me and still loves me. He’s the coolest person ever, and the perfect example of love. No matter who you are, or where you’ve been, Jesus will be the coolest, most amazing person you’ll ever meet and will love hanging out with!

What inspires you?
Smiling at people who aren’t, and seeing them smile back.
Loving people with God’s love, sharing what He’s done for them and watching Him move in their lives in the most amazing ways..turning their darkness into light, pain into healing and emptiness into abundant life!

Any Hidden Talents?
What did Jesus say about hidden talents? hee, hee, hee..

Life Long Goal:
To hear God say, “Well done, My Tami, Well done.”

Little Known Fact About Me:
I sometimes battle with shyness…

Favorites:
Book (other than the Bible):
Anything that makes me laugh, cry, inspired, and challenged. I have many!!

Movie:
Same as my books…LOVED Julie and Julia. It had all of the above!

Restaurant:
Okay, this will sound corny but its totally true…any restaurant where my husband is sitting in front of me is my fav.

Food:
I LOVE Greek food…love the hummus, stuffed grape leaves, tabouli, etc…yummy ! Want some now !!

Ice Cream:
Funny…I usually only eat it on vacation as part of the whole vacation experience…usually Pralines and Cream !

Drink @ Starbucks:
Non-Fat Venti Mocha, Extra hot, No whip, thank you !

Song:
So many! Music should always be playing in the background of our lives… different songs for different seasons… anything that comes out of Hillsongs… U2′s “Where the Streets Have No Name” and “One ” ROCK! When I was about to quit my 19 yr. job, Sugarland’s, “Settlin” and “Something More” kept me inspired and when I became freaked out about having actually quit, John Hiatt’s ” Have a Little Faith in Me”, kept me leaning on God.

Childhood Memory:
First thing that came to mind is the side splitting laughter of me and my brothers as we tore into a foam stuffed pillow, threw it at each other then lined up the tiny little pieces on the many slats of this big box fan and blasted major foam snow throughout the room…then we got in trouble.

Is there anything else you would like people to know about you?
That I believe what God says about His timeless and eternal love for each one of us through Jesus, and in the power of His Word, and that I will believe with you and for you, Alongside You, And in prayer to see all the good that He’s planned for you to come forth.
